The FDA requires that all condoms have an expiration date, and this date actually means something important. Condoms become less effective after they've passed it. The NCSH facilitated interviews with Coalition members, the American Sexual Health Association and the National Coalition of STD Directors, as well as with the Montefiore Health System.
