If you’re having sex, you can easily share sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV. On any given day, one in five people in the U.S. have an STI, and many of them don’t have any symptoms. That’s why routine STI testing matters.
Knowing your STI status can help you get treatment early, protect your health, and have more open, informed conversations with partners. Testing is quick, confidential, and often easier than people expect.
