Feeling Like a Late Bloomer When It Comes to Sex? There’s Hope – CNN Health

Sex experts say having less sexual experience does not make someone a worse partner, as communication, curiosity, responsiveness, and self-awareness matter more than the number of past partners. Justin Lehmiller of the Kinsey Institute, an NCSH member, is quoted.

Performance anxiety can make it harder to orgasm with a partner even when orgasm during masturbation is easy. Experts recommend reducing pressure, staying present, communicating about what feels good, and focusing on pleasure and connection.
