U.S. Supreme Court to hear South Carolina Planned Parenthood defunding case – Reuters  

The Supreme Court will decide if South Carolina can deny Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood, impacting patients’ provider choice rights. President of NCSH member Planned Parenthood, Alexis McGill Johnson, is quoted.

According to a new study, many women are surprised by how much pain they experience during a medication abortion based on the information health providers gave them.

One in five people aged 15 to 49 years are living with a genital herpes infection, amounting to 846 million people, and researchers are calling for new therapeutics to prevent and treat it.  

Non-heterosexual Women Report Better Sexual Functioning During Midlife – U.S. News and World Report 

Among perimenopausal women, non-heterosexual women were significantly more likely to remain sexually active and less likely to report pain during sexual activity than heterosexual women. 

What is ‘Symbiosexuality’? – USA Today  

The newly coined “symbiosexuality” refers to when a person is attracted to the relationship or energy between two people – a distinct category beyond existing sexual orientations or relationship practices.  

Senate passes defense policy bill that bans gender-affirming care for transgender children of service members – CNN Politics 

The Senate passed the National Defense Authorization Act, which includes a provision banning gender-affirming care for transgender children of service members.
